Does your child need help to fly?
I'm here to work with you to realise your child's potential.
Neurodivergence is more than a label - It’s real life that’s as challenging as it is extraordinary.
I see the spark, the sensitivity, the brilliance, the deep empathy, and the out-of-the-box thinking that makes neurodivergent so powerful especially those navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, PDA and more.
CHILD

Empowerment:
I empower neurodivergent individuals by helping them understand and embrace the unique way their brain works. Through tailored resources, compassionate support, and strengths-based coaching, I guide children and young people to build self-awareness, overcome challenges, and develop the confidence to thrive. My approach fosters problem solving, co-regulation, declarative language, resilience, and pride equipping each individual to navigate life with clarity and purpose.

Advocacy:
I am dedicated to championing the rights, voices, and needs of neurodivergent individuals. I actively raise awareness about the unique challenges they may face and promote greater understanding across educational, familial, and community settings. Through collaboration and outreach, we advocate for inclusive environments, accessible resources, and support systems that empower neurodivergent children to thrive.

Connection & Belonging:
I cultivate genuine connection and a sense of belonging, I become your person where you will be seen, heard, and valued. Through compassionate relationships, we build bridges that support growth and celebrate your unique neurodiversity. Through collaborative care and inclusive practices, I create a space where every child feels valued, every voice is heard, and every family belongs.
FAMILIES

I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll make sense of your child’s behaviours, build practical tools that actually work for your family, and create more calm, connection, and joy at home. I bring the neuroscience and strategies. You bring the love, insight, and lived experience.
I see the spark, the sensitivity, the brilliance, the deep empathy, and the out-of-the-box thinking that makes neurodivergent so powerful especially those navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, PDA and more. And I see the flip side to the emotional storms, the school battles, the burnout, and the crushing exhaustion of feeling misunderstood in a world not built for your brain.
That’s why I offer a safe, supportive space for families. Here, your child can learn how their brain works, discover tools that build confidence, and get the practical support they need. And you, as parents and caregivers, will feel more equipped to understand and guide them. Together, we can celebrate your child’s strengths and help them thrive at home, at school, and beyond.
Let’s team up to help your child thrive and help you feel supported every step of the way.

WORKING WITH TEENAGERS:
I’m not just here for little kids. I help everyone including teens to get what’s going on in their brain. No boring lectures, just real talk that makes sense.
SCHOOLS
Building inclusive, neuroscience-informed environments where neurodiverse learners can thrive.
.
At Young Minds, I provide comprehensive professional development for educators, learning assistants, and school leaders. With over 28 years of experience in education including specialist teaching and consultancy I equip schools with practical, research-based strategies to support neurodiverse students across all levels.
Professional Development Workshops
My whole-school training is designed to deepen understanding and improve practice. Each session is interactive, evidence-informed, and tailored to your school’s context.
Key areas include:
Neuroscience of Neurodiversity
Focused on Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, ADD, PDA, anxiety, and trauma, we explore how these brains develop through childhood and adolescence, and how best to support their emotional, physical, social, and educational growth.
Collaborative Proactive Solutions (CPS)
My core framework emphasises co-regulation, declarative language, and proactive problem-solving to reduce behavioural challenges and foster emotional safety.
Inclusive Classroom & Environmental Design
I examine classroom management approaches and school-wide practices that align with neurodiverse needs, promoting engagement and reducing overwhelm.
Identifying Lagging Thinking Skills
I help educators recognize and address unsolved problems across five domains: Executive Functioning | Language Processing | Cognitive Flexibility | Emotional Regulation | Social Skills
Teaching Thinking Skills Through Communication
Emphasis is placed on the language we use with children - how to foster independence, emotional readiness, and social confidence through everyday interactions.
Individual Student Support
I also work directly with neurodiverse students who are struggling to navigate the school environment whether due to a formal diagnosis or experiences of trauma, anxiety, or emotional dysregulation. The approach is especially effective for students at risk of stand-downs or exclusion, helping them re-engage with learning through tailored strategies and family collaboration.
CREDENTIALS & IMPACT
With a Master of Education (Special Educational Needs) focused on neuroscience and behaviour, my practice is grounded in both academic research and decades of hands-on experience. My workshops are practical, engaging, and designed to leave educators feeling confident, supported, and inspired to make meaningful change.

MEET ANNA
My logo features four cogs symbolising the child, family, school, and myself. Working together, these cogs help the child's cog turn in harmony with the others. The bottom cog represents me, driving and supporting the rest.
